VIRGINIA LICENSE Tiger Swallowtail State Insect

This is a Virginia special license plate honoring the state insect.. It does not appear to have  been mounted or stickered and is still in the DMV plastic sleeve but please please check the photos carefully for condition/possible manufacturing defects. It is for display or collection only, not for use on  any vehicle. It has been expired for more than three years. I will do combined shipping on multiple items but please request an invoice before paying. I am listing other Virginia specials and have many other interesting plates.
