  • Condition: These antique plates have crazing over both pieces - back and front. The Japanese garden scene is still colorful - although one plate has brighter color in the garden scene. There are several scratches in the scene finish. There are several small chips/blisters on the edge of the plates; which you should see in the photos. The gold trim is worn on both pieces Please review all photos. These are unique and gorgeous, but flawed - as mentioned above.

    Description

    These multisided yellow banded plates are 8" inches wide. The word "England" in the mark suggests these were made between 1901-1921. Later pieces from Art Deco period had "Made in England" in the mark.
